We have been very busy here on Simek's Farm! The growing season is in full swing.  We have planted many varieties of pumpkins including pie, fairy tale, big max, spirit, blue pumpkins, knuckle head, and others, many different types of squash (hubbard squash, red squash, acorn squash, buttercup squash, carnival squash, and others),  4 kinds of corn (sweet corn, blue corn, broom corn, rainbow corn), and many different varieties of gourds. We also have beets, carrots, rutabagas, red potatoes, kanebec potatoes, green beans, wax beans, herbs, cucumbers, zucchini squash, and other produce! 

Simek's Farm construction is underway!  We are getting ready for your family to come make fun and lasting memories on the farm! The slab has been poured, the seed order is placed for the spring. Over the Winter we will be raising the barn! Stay tuned for exciting developments at Simek's Farm!
